The Foundry

Forging a mundane, regulated local business into a programmable operation.

A case-file for making offline field work legible to software: portals, dispatch, staff workflows, cash and bank reconciliation, compliance documents, customer service, evidence, and human approvals.

Thesis

The frontier is not only in glossy software. It is also in the ordinary local business where forms, calls, deliveries, ledgers, and portals still decide the day.

What is being built

A programmable operating layer for a regulated offline business, with LPG-style distribution and field operations as the reference terrain. It treats the business as a living system of obligations: deliveries, bookings, staff coordination, portal checks, records, cash movement, and customer promises.

Where agents help

Agents can reconcile bank and cash trails, prepare compliance evidence, draft customer responses, monitor portal tasks, summarize field exceptions, and route work to the right person. They do not erase the humans who know the ground. They reduce the clerical fog around them.

The safety shape

High-trust actions stay gated. The system records evidence, asks before irreversible moves, and keeps sensitive business details private. It is designed for auditability, not spectacle.
