Helix
An orchestration layer for agents, memory, tools, and the human in control.
Helix studies how a person can command a small society of useful machines across browser, device, email, files, Brain workflows, and long-running tasks without becoming the dispatcher for every tiny step.
The useful agent is not a chatbot with better manners. It is an operating layer: aware of tools, respectful of memory, careful with permissions, and honest about what still needs the human.
What is being built
A personal orchestration layer where agents can take bounded missions, use tools, preserve context, and return finished work. Browser flows, device actions, email checks, file operations, and Brain updates become parts of one controlled system.
Memory as infrastructure
Helix treats memory as more than chat history. Decisions, preferences, task outcomes, artifacts, and operational lessons become durable context that future work can use without asking the human to repeat the whole story.
Control, not chaos
The human remains the authority. Sensitive actions ask. Long tasks report evidence. Agents are bounded by scope, tools, and permission. The goal is leverage without loss of authorship.
